We have a server that runs SQL 2008 Standard edition, but we don't need all the features, so in order to save money we want to change our SQL version to Web edition.

Can someone point me in the right direction with regards of the process please? Do we have to backup the databases, uninstall standard, install web edition and then restore the databases for example?
