Check if user part of any protect group. Check the admin count value using adsiedit tool. If admin count is 1 that means users is part of protected group and that's why permissions are getting revoked by AD.

I go into a user's Exchange account in Outlook 2010 and set permissions for a delegate. &nbsp;I save them and get no error, but when I go back in they are not there and therefore I can't get to the user's Inbox from the delegate's computer. &nbsp;Help!
