I have split the points between since it was a group effort but sinfocomar was the most help so I gave extra points there.<br />

The fix was:<br />
Launch the Exchange Management Console.<br />
Expand the Server Configuration node.<br />
Select the Hub Transport node.<br />
Click on new reciever connector.

We have a new Document Station that sends out scanned documents as emails. &nbsp;How do I setup a relay on my Exchange 2007 to allow it to send out emails to external addresses (hotmail, gmail etc). &nbsp;Email to an internal address works fine.<br />
