I have a worksheet with about 3000 rows and I need to use VBA to delete rows where the value in column J does not match any of the values from a list of 60 strings.  So if the value in column J matches any of the 60 strings that row should not be deleted.

I would very much appreciate help in how to use VBA to do this efficiently.  The number of worksheets to be subject to this deletion could be as high as 30 and hence the necessity for doing this efficiently.

Many thanks in advance
