Outlook 2007 will not automatically connect

New windows 8 machine in a Server 2003 enviroment. When admin logs onto new windows 8 box. Outlook 2007 automatically configures and connects to Exchange 2007. However, when a user connects. Outlook does not automatically configure. When manually configure. Exchange 2007 does not connect. Can not figure out reason why administor works and changing rights on users does not work. Any ideas?

If you do an Autodiscover test, what happens?

Autodiscovery does work. When administor logged on for the first time and open outlook 2007. Auto configure setup the administror outlook mailbox. Worked correctly. However, when a user logs into windows 8 Box. The autodiscover does not work when Outlook 2007 is opened.

What happens when you try to use do autodiscover on the machine?

The problem applies to any user who isn't administrator? Ie you have tested other users?
