The message is saying it cant find the hostname mail.techlabtest.com

Have you recently created the hostname in DNS? it might take 24/48 hours to propagate around the Internets DNS servers

The error means what it says. Have you made the change on public DNS?
Was that a munged host name or the actual host name? As mail.techlabtest.com doesn't resolve, it is on a wildcard to the root of the domain which will not work correctly.

Simon.
How to made the change on public dns?

Please help me Sembee

Thanks
I cannot help with your DNS provider because they are all different.
You would need to have at least the host name mail configured to point to your external IP address and then depending on whether you have autodiscover in the SSL certificate or not, either an A record for Autodiscover or an SRV record. http://semb.ee/srv

Simon.
Can we do that in private?  i can show you the confguration..I dont want to post it here for security reason..

Thanks
