Problem with outlook anywhere
Hello..
I'm testing outlook anywhere on an exchange server 2010. SSL certificate has been installed (digicert).
But when i do a Remote connectivity test i got the following problem:

Connectivity Test Failed
Test Details Testing RPC/HTTP connectivity.
The RPC/HTTP test failed.
Test Steps
Attempting to resolve the host name mail.techlabtest.com in DNS.
The host name couldn't be resolved.
Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it

Host mail.techlabtest.com couldn't be resolved in DNS InfoDomainNonexistent.

Nope...
The error means what it says. Have you made the change on public DNS?
Was that a munged host name or the actual host name? As mail.techlabtest.com doesn't resolve, it is on a wildcard to the root of the domain which will not work correctly.

I cannot help with your DNS provider because they are all different.
You would need to have at least the host name mail configured to point to your external IP address and then depending on whether you have autodiscover in the SSL certificate or not, either an A record for Autodiscover or an SRV record. http://semb.ee/srv

Have you recently created the hostname in DNS? it might take 24/48 hours to propagate around the Internets DNS servers
