Yes, most of it you can virtualize. The only thing you cannot, is PRI circuits for example. That and DSP farming for transcoding, conferencing and MTP. Although you can configure MTP profiles based on pure IOS. The rest is a no go. <br />

But for Presence, Unity and Callmanager, you have pretty good support on VMWare. If you have enough memory on your host computer, you can setup a nice lab. GNS can help you integrate SIP and H323 calling.
