Internet / DNS Issue???
Our internet is working great for the most part. However, we have certain pages that refuse to load. We have a 30MB internet pipe. One page in particular that will not load for us is www.wicvso.org
Several of us have tried from home and the page loads just fine. I have had a few other employees call with certain pages not loading.
I have checked everything I can think of with DNS, pings, tracert, etc. I have also removed the anti-virus off a couple computers to see if that would correct this. Unfortunately, it didn't fix anything.
I am looking for some expert advice to help remedy this ridiculous issue.

I would suspect DNS. Do an ipconfig /all from one of the machines that you can't connect to the website from and see what you have for your DNS servers and make sure they all look like what they are supposed to look like.
from a machine that cannot connect, please post results of the following:
nslookup for wicvso.org
traceroute to wicvso.org
nslookup for wicvso.org
traceroute to wicvso.org
Is it still an issue? Network Solutions got hit with a DDOS attack today and we had issues with some people trying to access certain sites.
Is it just at the location? Do you have an internal network named, wicvso.org?

Almost every page loads instantaneously. For some reason wicvso.org refuses to. Our Veterans Service Officer needs this site to do his job. He can connect to this page from his home computer but not one of us can get to it here at work. It's mind-boggling.

Strange. Everything looks as it should be. Your DNS responses seem fast and traceroute ends at liquidweb rtr @ 69.167.128.205 from my network too.
Do you have an internal DNS server or does everyone use (your ISP TDS.net's) external DNS?
My feeling is that this is a TDS issue. Have you called TDS to check on any routing issues on their network?

The page is full of errors. Looks like it was generated from Frontpage or offce. The HTML validator reports 41 errors. There is no valid doctype, the encoding is windows-1252 instead of the normal utf-8. even the Microsoft hacks appear to be formatted incorrectly.
The short answer is fix the page so it looks like a web page instead of a tag collection and you will have more chance of it loading correctly.
