I have a directory "D:\Levi\old". That location has many subdirectories in it with .jpg files buried deep. I am looking for a script - batch, vb script, or powershell, that can take all the .jpg files and move them to "d:\levi\new" without copying over the folders.. Any help is much appreciated!!! This is Windows Server 2008 R2.

Thanks
