My current ERP vendor charges 18% annual maintenance and wants an additional $50k for their newest release. &nbsp;I told them other ERP systems include newest releases as part of the 18% annual maintenance.<br />

1. Does anyone use Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, NAV, SL ?<br />
2. What is the annual maintenance (i.e. 18%) ?<br />
3. Does it include a MAJOR upgrades (or just minor fixes) ?<br />
