Can you change the text colour in Visio shape data (from excel) in Sharepoint?
I have a Visio diagram that has been saved as a .vdw (Visio web drawing) into Sharepoint and lins data from an Excel spreadsheet (also in Sharepoint).
This all works fine but all shape data text is black when displayed in Sharepoint, even though I have changed some text colour in the Excel data.
Is it possible to have the text colour change in my excel data reflect in my Sharepoint Visio web drawing?

This will always be red, it's not dynamic?
If so, you can set the text color yourself to red when right clicking on the data shape in the diagram, however it's scoped to the whole Data Field text, not more granular than that.

What's not dynamic? Not sure what you mean?
It's red in excel but not in Visio when linking the excel data, I could separate each disk into it's own column if I could set the text to red in a particular cell?
I can only see how to highlight an entire shape in red but nothing with the data?

Click on the shape text and you'll see the menu for formatting text. You can use that to set the text to red, but it's all the text in the shape.
Therefore if you can move the red text into it's own cell associated with its own shape you'll be able to color it red as I just mentioned.
The fact it is red in Excel will never be a factor. Visio does not see that.

Apologies, but the account has been idle for a couple of years. I renewed the subscription to make use of it as I have just started my role here. Was unable to post a question due to this abandoned question and after reviewing it didn't think it was relevant after the time that has passed so attempted to remove the question. I have no idea if the problem was resolved as non of those concerned are here anymore. May we have this question archived or removed please. Thanks to all that had contributed to it in the past.

May I suggest a 50/50 split between ID: 39335559 and ID: 39338878 ?
They both say the same thing, but the screenshots are helpful and deserve credit.

Not really, I have multiple server disk stats in the same excel cell (for all disks in a single server) and want to flag certain disks by changing the text colour for that line.
Visio displays this but I wanted the Drive F: line to be in red?
Drive F: (Physical Disk) FileSystem: NTFS Used: 4.58GB Total: 19.99GB (Page File)
Drive E: (Physical Disk) FileSystem: NTFS Used: 14.37GB Total: 60.00GB (SQL Data)
Drive C: (Physical Disk) FileSystem: NTFS Used: 18.13GB Total: 31.99GB (System Drive)
