you might have given path for the Iso image ,that might be causing the connecting message .<br />

just remove the iso image from the path .<br />

On a LAB-ESXi 5 &nbsp;(only 1, not in a cluster) all vm's have this phenomenon :&quot;connecting &quot;&nbsp;shows. Restart of vmware services works, but that cannot be the goal.<br />
