Company Email being marked as spam all of a sudden?

A user is having an issue sending email to 3 different companies now.
In some cases it is being marked as spam.
In other cases the sender is receiving an undeliverable message.
The message in the bounceback is:

Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server:
#< #5.0.0 X-Spam-&-Virus-Firewall; host[XX.XX.XX.XXX] said: 550 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering. (in reply to end of DATA command)>

Any insight on how to handle a situation like this would be greatly appreciated.
We are running Exchange 2007 with a Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall.
