OK, Let me try and make sense. As with most companies we have people come and go. A problem is that in a 'shared' area where folders are created for specific people we need a utility or method to clean things up. Basically, a way to find folders that were created for a specific user that will no longer be need. I am sure this is something that is faced by all Network Admins. So we need a way to seek to see what folders the user in question has specific access to. (not via groups) just individually. We can then go determine if it is still needed or can be deleted and cleaned up.
