As Don has mentioned, we would need to see the config. &nbsp;The traffic might be denied by the Global ACL but I doubt that is where the problem is if you have set up the security levels correctly or configured the interface ACLs correctly.

Setting up a new 5505 have correct ips setup with a Comcast modem in bridge mode, can ping gateway from 5505 so could be something on the firewall

Cisco 5505 new setup can get net
