CCNA: OSPF DR/BDR election, adjacencies, and multi access network

"OSPF elects DR/BDR per multi-access network"

I still don't completely have picture of how OSPF election occurs and where.
When it says 'per multi-access network', does it mean one or a group of multi-access networks divided by point-to-point network?
So in the attached image, how many multi-access networks are there and how many DRs can be there and why? Also, is it possible DROTHER routers to have multiple DRs to report?

Yes, lighting bolt is serial point-to-point and straight link is ethernet.

So, how many multi access networks are there? network between two ends of router is one multi access? 7?

Also, since OSPF election happens per multi access network, will it have 7 DRs? Does it also mean that one router can be DR of multiple multi access networks?

Yes it's routers. lol
So 7 multi access networks. Then there will be 7 OSPF elections for DR. If then will there can be 7 DRs in maximum?
