Outlook 2007 assigned tasks received as HTML e-mail.
I have a two users with Outlook 2007 and POP mailboxes. When they receive task assignments from any other user, using either OL2007 or OL2013, the tasks are static HTML emails, without Accept or Decline buttons. I have already tried these things:
1.
Deleting and rebuilding the Outlook contact, with "Send in Rich Text" enabled for the e-mail address1.
changing settings for the sending Outlook client to "Send RTF messages in Rich Text Format"1.
typing the address by hand and then manually selecting "Rich Text Format" in the address properties. Is there something else I can try?ASKER CERTIFIED SOLUTION

This wasn't actually a solution, but it allowed me to close the question. Just a limitation of working with third-party hosted exchange servers.
What type of account do these users have?
Are they IMAP Accounts? Is it possible some of the Invites are comming from IMAP Accounts?
There is a knonw issue in outlook where Sending Tasks through such account will break the accept and Decline Options
At present there is no solution, oly a work around
Which is for the Sender to Send the Task through POP account
