Video conferencing, web conferencing solution

Hi , I have a requirement for designing a video conferencing solution/ web conferencing solution .

below is a general requirement

A plateform/solution is required where Hub can speak to spoke sites , hub has 50 people sitting in one large conference room on a rectangle table .
there would be 20 remote sites , on which people would be dialing from home computers , smartphones .
it should be a video/voice conferencing solution .  where applicable . for example if a remote person does not have video capability , then he/she should just be joining via audio (telecon plateform , for example a webex kid of a solution .

now they would just be talking , not a presentation at this point in time . ( in future the option might come .

Now it can be done via two things ,  software or hardware , and in software , it can be a virtual place work environment  ( but cost would be recurring ) .
it could be some software like Skype , which only needs to provide internet , and 20,30 people can talk on one single place . some thing like this .
or some solution which involves to put some server placed at remote site .

but this server kind of solution usually exists with unfied systems , which are mostly hardware based systems . like polycom , cisco , tandberg , life size .

the experience of call should be , voice should be loud and clear , and video should be optimum quality , purpose is to be hold a meeting 30 people (remote sites ) talking to 50 people ( hub- single site ) .

Please ask me if any further information is required . then it needs to design complete audio and visual room construction .

well thats pretty much cool , let me read about it , how it works and what things do i need to get it working , in the mean while if you think os some customised solution that can eliminate the recurring cost as well , that would even be better .

I can go and test this thing on trial and once the idea and full requirements are found, we might know what exactly needs to be done .

I discarded customized solutions because you will be paying recurring costs such as bandwidth and hosting no matter what.
Just can't compete...

I guess have replied three times and every time i  submitted my reply , page gone non responding mode , now i am replying for the third time . I think I will need to schedule a demo and see if it works for all .

Also I need to see , how it can work with  hardware , actually i would need a camera at hub side which would be covering the whole table , that would be some good camera and also i need Mics to be placed all over the table for 50 people at one hub side . I would need to think of a hardware , sound and video person who can actually connect me to this bluejeans .
Many large companies use blue jeans as their global standard. I've used it myself with some connected from their notebooks via Skype and a large conference room with Polycom and LifeSize HD hardware. No problems whatsoever. Also you can add SIP calls and even PSTN audio...

Check here for compatible hardware/software/services and demo room

Also if you can suggest me any solution for connecting an HD Camera for big conference room .

I can either have to buy a complete HD hardware , or Can I buy a good HD camera and mount it such that it can cover the full conference room ?
One camera to cover a whole conference room is going to have to be very wide angle and probably give that fish-eye look. Focus for the main table and see if you can work with that for a more natural look.

below attached is a rectangle table , almost 40 people sitting on full table .
now need a camera where people can speak to them ( means mic should be placed in a balance way that their voice can go to remote side clearly and i need a good system to get remote side sound out of my local install room speakers and getting no Echo .

Camera coverage Area can be 10 Feet wide X 25 Feet length .

realpresence is not what i am looking for , polycom makes the most expensive realpresence /video conference systems after cisco .  and also my budget does not cover that .

may be i would speak to lifesize and see it comes to my budget .

Hii .. I am jsut checking some other plateform as i have been told me make a comparison , any idea , Also in the start , I am not scheduling more than 5 meetings a month , and they are staright charging 1000 buks a month . which is bit expensive at this time .
If you're budget restricted, Blue Jeans with Skype or Google Hangouts might be the only real solutions for multiparty videoconferencing. That and an HD camera+PC/notebook.

BlueJeans recurring cost per month is 1000 $ a per month .  a decent system from lifesize is 3000 dollars .

I have performed detail testing on above solutions , and above comments have helped me to work independently .
