I have a problem with one my clients with the manually downloading the address book. &nbsp;When she does this, it deletes her *.nk2 file (Recent email addresses). I have never seen this problem before. &nbsp;She is running Windows 7 Pro with Office 2007 Pro.<br />

I know that the global address list in outlook periodically updates overnight/weekly &amp;&nbsp;that the best thing is to retrieve it through the Tools send &amp;&nbsp;receive command in Outlook. When lots of changes are done, I remind people to go &amp;&nbsp;pull it down. I did it myself on Thursday b/c I wanted to make sure I had the freshest list. When I did that all of my cache of people I had emailed disappeared &amp;&nbsp;I started with a blank slate. That has never happened before.
