Adobe Reader XI and Trusted Certificates import prompt
We have built a deployment package for Adobe Reader XI. Sometimes, when the user runs the program for the first time, they receive the following message:
"Trusted certificates from your previous version of Adobe Reader were found.
Would you like to import them?"
We would like to deploy Adobe Reader such that this message isn't received. Is there anyway of eliminating this prompt at all? It is a one time on first start up message.
If anyone has any information on how to prevent or avoid this message, or if this is even possible, please share.
Also, if anyone has any information on how this process works. What files is it trying to import from? Any information to help me understand the scope of this issue would be great.
Thank you!
