IT Support Company Software
Hi
Does anyone have any recommendations as to the best IT support software to use?
We have looked at various help desk solutions but would like something which can also be used to track repairs in and out of our workshop and tie these in to tickets along side being able to setup clients and log their equipment against a customer together with their username and passwords etc.
Any ideas appreciated.

I tried quite a few different solutions before landing on OSTicket it had all the features we needed for a helpdesk and it's open source so it fit the budget. Great product, give it a try.

I agreed with Gallitin, OSTicket is very good, you can try Trouble Ticket Express as well.

OSTicket looks good, possibly we will have to maintain a ticket based system and also have a workshop tracking system separately.
Was hoping there may be something on the market that may do both jobs in one piece of software...

We ended up using ZenDesk and so far so good, we are finding it fulfills all of our needs.
