Outlook directory
We have around 100 email unlimited size hosting on GoDaddy.com and we have 100 desktop using Outlook 2010.
Now because we don't have database directory to show all emails. We have no way to find other emails. I am thinking to get a list of email and save into emaillist.csv and put it into the skydrive as cloud directory. and each outlook client will connect to the cloud directory to download the directory so when the end user types like d, i will automatically show danel@adfa.com something like that.
Is it possible? Or you have another suggestion?
Thanks

Thank you for your helps but i think this is not very efficient idea. So every times we have new email address or update we have to republish the pst file to all of the pcs.

If I understand correctly, you are looking to create a shared contact list between your users. What you could do is create contacts for each recipient in your Outlook Contacts folder, or create a new Contacts folder if you already have private contacts in your folder. You can then export your contacts folder to a PST file and distribute that to all your users to import into their Contacts folder.
You will need to go through the same process each time you add/modify/delete a contact. This is the downside of not have a corporate directory Outlook can connect to.
