Message could not be delivered to some recipients--Mail Enable

Hi, I have my own server and installed Mailenable on it.

Its all works except when sending to certain domains specifically gmail.

See the below error return message.... I know its something to do with DNS certain servers not accepting an IP address.  In my domain DNS records I have pointed the MX records to an IP address.

This is not my field of expertise so I was wondering if someone could advise me how to resolve this.

Seems like the MX record for the target is bad or configured improperly.  You could contact their IT department and notify them.

Otherwise see what comes back from MXToolbox

Or you spelled the domain/email address wrong so technically it would not exist etc.

Hi,

I don't agree with NRhode because I think the problem is not about the target MX but it's about your own MX record.
The error message seems to talk about a sender verification...
Also, when something is wrong with the target MX you just obtain "domain does not exist" errors.

I'm pretty sure this message is about some anti-spammer check that the destination server is making before accepting your messages.

You should take a look at your MX record for your own SMTP domain. Usually, SMTP sender servers should be declared in your DNS zone with a host record (type A) that associates a name with the IP address of the server.
You should also have a RR record that associates the IP address to a name and make sure that A and RR record mention the same IP and same name.
Then, in your MX record you should mention your SMTP sender servers names.

As all these informations are public, you may give us here your SMTP domain name so that experts can check public DNS records about your domain and lead you to the correct solution.

Have a good day.
