Export data from Access 2003 db to SharePoint 2010 list

I have an Access 2003 DB with 16 Tables; 16 Queries; 15 Forms; 12 Macros, 3 reports and relationships that now needs to function in a SharePoint 2010 list. I am not a db person.

The goal is to not use Access at all. I will create an InfoPath form and link to list or lists, unless there is another option. Is there?

How do I export this data over to SharePoint 2010? Is there a tool that will help? Do all of the tables need to be in individual lists? How do I handle the macros and relationships?

Should I use a seperate SQL db instead of the content db where information is stored? Is there a way to export to SQL db and then link from SharePoint to the seperate SQL db and have the total functionality of the old access db with all of the tables, macros, and relationships working?

I did try a table by exporting it to excel and then creating an import to excel list. It did ok except the title column did not have data in it (no title) in all items. 8600+ items.

Any help on this would be great.
Thanks

Thank you for the timely response. I think this is the way to go. Link right to SQL db from Infopath on SP. Large lists do not function well in SharePoint. I would have to change the throttling threshold and really do not want to do that for performance reasons.

Thank You
