Blackberry Z10 + Office 365, mail stops flowing, asks for password
I have a client I recently set up with Office 365, and added the account onto their Blackberry Z10.
At first, everything is great and it is working properly.
But after a while (usually a day or so), mail stops flowing. There's no obvious error that I can see, but if I remove the account, and add it back again, it starts working again.
Anecdotally, the customer reported that they were prompted to enter their password again into the device. I'm not sure where or how this happened, but maybe it's possible that the previous times when mail stopped, Office 365 needed the password again but we just didn't notice?
The only thing nonstandard about their configuration is that the customer's office is in the basement of a house which gets very poor cellular signal, however in that area they have a strong WiFi connection down there. My understanding is the Z10 should not need cellular signal for email to work so long as it can get on the Internet via WiFi.
Anybody experienced this before? Does this seem like a problem with Blackberry, or Office 365?

Hello,
I have seen similar things with the Z10 on other forums I participate in.
The issue is with your Network provider & the Z10. I know certain carriers are experiencing problems because they have had to make changes to their networks to support BB10 devices.
I would start by giving your network provider a call.
