Filemaker - Totaling Summary Fields
I have a group of summary fields listed in the body of a report (attached). The content displays exactly as expected.  I want to create a total at the bottom of the list of the various summary fields.  Putting the Summary in a sub-summary or trailing grand summary fails to produce the desired result.  I've also tried adding a new calculation field that uses the GetSummary function but this doesn't work either.

I understand that the GetSummary function won't work properly if the break field is a related field, so I also tried creating a new calculation field that referenced the loan _pk_loan_id from the LOANS table, which is the field the report is sorted by.  Again, this didn't work.

The Report Layout is showing records from the LOANS table.  The fields are:

_pk_loan_id
EXPENSES::expense_total
SCHEDULE::interest_total_calc
SCHEDULE::payment_total_calc

I'm using Filemaker 12.0v4 on a Mac.

Can anyone walk me thorough the steps needed to produce my desired result?

Thanks

FileMaker Pro is a cross-platform relational database application that integrates a database engine with a graphical user interface (GUI) and security features, allowing users to modify the database by dragging new elements into layouts, screens, or forms. FileMaker evolved from a DOS application, but since 1992 has been available for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS, and can be used in a cross-platform environment.
