I wrote what changed we went from 10g to 11g from windows to linux and nothing more same fmbs and fmxs, and i also explained all about character set problem..

I have FRM-91500: Unable to start/complete the build. error when i want to compile a form on 11g OAS with NLS_LANG caracterset AL32UTF8 if i change it to EE8ISO8859P2 it compiles the form succesfully but the forms has &quot;?&quot; caracter where are specific letters in my languge like CCŽÐŠ.There forms worked on Forms and Reports server 10g on Windows server 2003 ' 32bit &nbsp;.We made a migrasion to Oracle linux 6.4 64bit and 11g Forms and reports and we have this problem.<br />
