PRINTER NOT WORKING - DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION ERROR

One of my users got a Virus, after I cleaned up the computer with Malwarebytes everything else seemed to work fine. However, now the user cannot print to their local printer (Old Canon) , they can only print to the shared printers on the network.

Any idea how to fix this Windows DEP error (See attached) ?

Thanks.

Forgot to mention it's a Windows XP SP3 box, and also, I have tried both options in the Performance Options | Data Execution Prevention tab, both options cause the crash.
I tried re-installing the drivers and still the same problem.

Did you notice the "DEP Patch File" available on Canon's web site?
