Kindly explain the effect and why the below warning is produced by Exchange server and what should be done to avoid this warning again.

The problem might be that the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant does not have permission to read the membership of the group.
If this computer is not a member of the group ''''/dc=IN/dc=EMMVEE/ou=Mi crosoft Exchange Security Groups/cn=Exchange Servers'''', you should manually stop all Microsoft Exchange services, run the task ''''add-ExchangeServerGrou pMember,'' '' and then restart all Microsoft Exchange services.

Before adding to Exchange Server security group, is that mandatory that all the MS Exchange services should be stopped??

Kindly assist with steps to add the server to security group using EMC.

Also mention what will be the effect if the server (EMMVEE-EX.EMMVEE.IN) is not added in MS Exchange security group.

No effect when it is added to the security group unless you are using the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant.

The server has been added to below mentioned groups
Domain Controllers
Exchange Install Domain Servers
Exchange Servers
Exchange Trusted Subsystem
Exchange Windows Permissions
Kindly assist me for which group I need to add still.

This is a rights issue or missing information, to solve it:
Add the server (EMMVEE-EX.EMMVEE.IN) to the Exchange Servers security group using the Exchange Management Console.
Note - (If this computer is not a member of the Exchange Servers security group, stop all Microsoft Exchange services, add this computer to the Exchange Servers security group, and then restart all Microsoft Exchange services or reboot the system.)
