Blackberry Enterprise Services 10
I am installing the 60 day trial version for BES 10 and the installation stops with the message windows "RIM.BUDS.Diagnostics.Perf MonManager has stopped working". The screen shot is attached herewith. Can anybody help me please to overcome this issue?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I reinstalled .net still no luck. the same error message
Follow the below steps:
1. Perform the clean uninstall for the BES 10 product.
2. Delete associated files and folders for BES10
3. Remove IIS
3. Disable the UAC on the installing server.
4. Reboot the server and try to install again.
