Display query results in a sub form

Using Access, I have a subform on a main form. I originally had the subform displaying the contents of MyTable, which has 4 fields.

I now instead want to display the results of a query run against MyTable in the subform instead of the contents of the table itself.

When I try to do it, the query result is only displaying 1 field.  How do I get all 4 fields to display in the subform?     Just for testing purposes, I currently execute the query by clicking a command button.

All four fields will need to be in the query results.

If you switch to SQL view, you should see your four fields in the select statement-

SELECT Field_1, Field_2, Field_3, Field_4
FROM Table1;

If not, make sure the other fields are added to the select query or to the fields pane, depending on how you like to work with queries.
