Display query results in a sub form

Using Access, I have a subform on a main form. I originally had the subform displaying the contents of MyTable, which has 4 fields.

I now instead want to display the results of a query run against MyTable in the subform instead of the contents of the table itself.

When I try to do it, the query result is only displaying 1 field.  How do I get all 4 fields to display in the subform?     Just for testing purposes, I currently execute the query by clicking a command button.
