The health check report means the scripts used to run on the database with which one can find out how good or bad the database is. "Health" is very general team which could cater from parameters set in the init.ora, database locks, object size/high water marks, process status, memory parameters, backups, OS level checks on which the database is hosted, invalid objects etc...

Beginning with Release 11g, Oracle Database includes a framework called Health Monitor for running diagnostic checks on the database.

Since your previous questions involved RAC:
Oracle RAC Configuration Audit tool (RACcheck) is available with Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11g Release 2 ( for assessment of single instance and Oracle RAC database installations for known configuration issues, best practices, regular health checks, and pre- and post upgrade best practices.
