Setting up RAM monitors for a specific process?

Hi there, does anyone know of a tool or a way I can monitor the memory usage for a specifc process running on a VMWare Windows Server 2008 machine at all?

I have been looking in resource monitor, but have been unable to find anything.

Thank you for your post. I have used both pieces of software and am unable to get the information I require.

I need a piece of software which can run, and monitor the performance of particular process which are running on VMware. Can anyone suggest anything else?

Software was good for getting the information, btu was unable to place data into a report. However, was able to retreive the data which i required.
