Can you move the witness Dir from the C: drive

I run the below comand:

Set-DatabaseAvailabilityGroup -Identity DAG-EX2010 -WitnessServer mit-app01.sotech.com -WitnessDirectory F:\FSW

I get the following  error:

WARNING: File share \\mit-app01.sotech.com\DAG-EX2010.sotech.com already exists, however directory 'C:\FSW' is different from witness directory 'F:\FSW'. Until this
problem is corrected, the database availability group may have increased vulnerability to failures. To correct this problem, delete the existing file share and use the
Set-DatabaseAvailabilityGroup cmdlet to retry the operation.

Did you add the server to the Exchange Trusted Subsystems group?
