Is there anyway I can set up a room on Exchange 2010 to email a group of users when a request for the room comes in? &nbsp;I have set up the room to Auto Accept any bookings, but then I want the group of users to be notified so that they can set up the room for any audio/video/refreshments.<br />

Previously on Exchange, I could set it up as delegates, so they all get notified, but I can't seem to do this with Exchange 2010.<br />
