Room booking emails to be sent multiple users


Is there anyway I can set up a room on Exchange 2010 to email a group of users when a request for the room comes in?  I have set up the room to Auto Accept any bookings, but then I want the group of users to be notified so that they can set up the room for any audio/video/refreshments.

Previously on Exchange, I could set it up as delegates, so they all get notified, but I can't seem to do this with Exchange 2010.

Open the properties box of the resource mailbox and under Mail Flow Settings > Delivery options, select Forward to: and browse and select the mail enabled group you want the copies sent to, then select "Delivery message to both forwarding address and mailbox"

That should do it.
