Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Seems to be OST fille corruption issue. Close Outlook, move OST to another location, Reconfigure user profile again. Let Outlook create new OST file again. Then monitor it for couple of days.
Joel SierraCyberSecurityAuthor Commented:
We've considered the possibilty of an .OST issue, but the issue re-appears/returns within a month of re-creating the .OST files.

Re-creating .OST is for now our workaround and/or stop-gap measure.
AmitIT ArchitectCommented:
Then it is mailbox corruption issue, which causing OST corruption. You move this mailbox to another db, that will all corruption or you can also run mailbox repair command.
