Best way to track a message in Exchange 2007 on multiple exchange servers

We have about 4 exchange 2007 servers.

I was asked to track a soliciting email that came in and see who this email was sent to in my organization.

What is the best and easiest way to track this message.

I know of message tracking in exchange, but is there a better tool out there that will dump the output to an excel file?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Message tracking is the free way.  Else you need to buy a software like this one

I suggest to dump into a Excel file and sort the data.

I suggest you use Splunk and have Splunk index the files.  Also note that Splunk has an app for Exchange.  With Splunk you will use a web page where you could create queries or perform free text searches against the logs.  You could export the data to text, csv, pdf, etc.  Splunk is also free if you are indexing 500 MB or else every 24 hours.
