How do I get the needed results regardles of upper or lower case parameter entry?

Current:
I have a report with a single parameter manual entry which returns my desired rows for columnA as long as the entry is all in uppercase.

Desired:

Same as above but I want ColumnA to return the results regardles if upper or lower case is used.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

(1)  Set the collation on the column to anything with CI (Case Insensitive).

(2) Just convert both parameter and column being compared to UPPER

CREATE PROC your_proc (@str varchar(10)) as

SELECT * FROM foo WHERE UPPER(ColumnA) = UPPER(@str)
