Peplink Balance 30 cannot access certain sites

We have a Peplink Balance 30 that was just installed recently.  There are two different WAN/ISPs connections (cable modem and DSL).
Seems to work very well except we were not able to access one particular website.
The site is http://www.booking.com/hotelaccess
The way we normally go is to booking.com and then click on the Extranet link at the very bottom.  Says page not found.
I wonder if it was the https protocol but we have no problems going to other https websites.

Can someone help?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is possible that the traffic is switching between WAN ports between connection and use.

Take a look at the "Management of Outbound Traffic to WAN" section of the manual.\

How do you have the Peplink configured.

The outbound policy is enabled for "https Pprsistence".  I can go to any other https websites except this page.  Weird.

One other possibility, but not likely if it does not cause a problem with any other site.

The Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) or MSS setting may need to be adjusted.
By default, the MTU is set at 1440. Choose "Auto" for all of your WAN connections.
If it does not solve the problem, you may try the MTU 1492 if a connection is a DSL. If problem still persists, change the size to smaller values until your problem is resolved (e.g. 1462, 1440, 1420, 1400, etc).

Will give the MTU method a try and see.  Thanks.

Are there any entries in the log when you attempt this?

No entries that I can locate.  The reseller can't even solve the problem.  He said because the wireless access points are not in the same subnet as the Peplink router, therefore, it doesn't work this way.

To see if the problem is with the site or your ip in particular, try using one of the following anonymous browsing sites to access the URL and see what happens.
