Need to send appointment reminder automatically via Exchange.
We're running Exchange 2010 in our legal aid office. We need to have a reminder email sent to the client the day prior to their appointment with a lawyer. Is there a way to have Exchange do this automatically (like a reminder) when the appointment is created, and to have it sent from an unattended mailbox?

I would have rather went with a third party complete solution, but if this turns out to be the method that works, then so-be-it.
