We're running Exchange 2010 in our legal aid office. &nbsp;We need to have a reminder email sent to the client the day prior to their appointment with a lawyer. &nbsp;Is there a way to have Exchange do this automatically (like a reminder) when the appointment is created, and to have it sent from an unattended mailbox?

Need to send appointment reminder automatically via Exchange.
