Windows 7 Aero Themes

How do I get it so I can activate aero themes once again on my Windows 7 VMs?
I can only get Basic and High Contrast Themes - Aero Themes will not show.

I ran the VMware Optimization script on my golden image and have started to deploy virtual machines.  Unfortunately the script I ran (attached) disabled Aero Themes.

In order to attempt to fix I did the following:

I started the following themes back up:
Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager

I have also created following Three  DWORD (32-bit value) registry entries to try to get it so I could choose Aero themes once again at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM
UseMachineCheck, and set its value to 0.
Blur, and set its value to 0.
Animations, and set its value to 0.

I can only get Basic and High Contrast Themes - Aero Themes will not show.

Make sure the VMware Tools are installed, if necessary re-install them. If it is VMware Player or Workstation you are using, also make sure that in the properties of the VM Accelerate 3D Graphics is checked under display.
