Is there any benefit in running XenApp 6.5 from Server 2012 hosts rather than Server 2008 R2?

We have SA on our Microsoft licencing, so I am wondering if I should look at deploying some 2012 test servers to run our XenApp 6.5 Apps

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

XenApp 6.5 is not compatible with Windows Server 2012., I prefer to go for xendesktop 7 and configure same in 2012.
