Hi!

Googles new policy, as you stated is: No more free Apps. The exception is: Old stuff may remain. If you want to change things, then you must pay for it.

Non profit means a US based charity with 501c3 status from the IRS.

Anything else is paid.

We use Cloud Migrator from Cloud Technology Solutions (in the UK) or the migration tool from Backupify.

Both come with a modest fee.

You can export and import the data.

For Google Apps to Google Apps migrations, we use one of two tools.  Backupify's Migration Tool or "Migrator" from Cloud Solutions out of the UK.

One thing to be clear, the grandfathering of free Google Apps accounts has passed.  If you are moving from a free Google Apps for Business account to a new GAFB account, the new account will be the paid version.
