Eaton Powerware 5130 UPS Server 2012 Datacentre software

After many emails back and forth with Eaton support, they tell me that their IPP (Intelligent Power Protector) software doesn't support Server 2012 Datacentre edition.
It supports Server 2012 standard etc though.  I've tried Winpower and other Powerware/Eaton software like lansafe etc but they don't support this UPS.
It's on a USB connection and is found by device manager.

Does anyone else have an Eaton UPS on Server 2012 Datacentre via USB that they have working software for?

I ran through this with Eaton support again and insisted that IPP should work with an industry standard OS like 2012 Datacenter.  Their senior support said that it actually does.  After sending them log files the sent me a free UPS NIC as they couldn't figure it out either.
