Accessing sharepoint via mac
Hi, I have a client who has had sharepoint 3.0 installed on a Virtual Private Server and she is having problems accessing it so that she can get to the files on their like word docs, excel docs etc.
I have confirmed that it definitely works by going via a windows 7 pro workstation.
Is there some particular way that you can access these files via a mac on the mac o/s snow leopard.
Thanks
Chris

Can you be more specific on what problems she is facing when she tries to access it? Also which browser your client is using?
I remember Mac user facing challenge when they are not using FQDN. is this the case here?
For example, Mac will have problem accessing if you try http://yoursite type of URL, if you use FQDN http://yoursite.yourdomain.com then a Mac doesn't face problem.
Let me know if this helps.
