Windows Update fails for NIC problem.
Hello I want to know your opinion about this:
I have a computer with 2008 R2 running hyper V.
I just installed a virtual Windows 2008 R2 but Windows update fails. this virtual NIC is connected to a Zywall Firewall. I can access Internet normally.
The Server are recently installed and clean of another software, the firewall are down. I performed all the processes here recommended.
I changed the Zywall Firewall for another Firewall ("ovislink") of course the Firewall features are disabled.
The physical Nic is a Ethernet Gigabit DGE-528T, I have changed to a Realtek RTL8168B/8111B(NDIS 6.20) and now are updating correctly.
Is this frequently? I have to configure some NIC's feature? I'm surprised because only fails the windows update.
Thanks
