Assign full rights to all mailboxes in Exchange

Our two managing attorneys want full access to everyone's mailbox in our Exchange 2007 system.  Is there a place I can put their names, or even better a security group (ex: full exchange access for partners), that will give them full access to everyone's box?

You need to run this PS:

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited|Add-MailboxPermission -User TestUser -AccessRights FullAccess

Change TestUser with the user you want to assign full permissions.
