"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can also use Powershell as well but there is a little more work involved.

Outlook rules could be exported and imported from file. E.g., you can export rules to a file, send this file as an e-mail attachment or place it on a network share (or a local share) for backup purposes

1) Goto Manage Rules -> In the Rules And Alerts dialog box, click the Options button
2)  In the Options dialog box, click Export Rules..., and then select a path for the file in the resulting Save Exported Rules As dialog box (a standard file/save dialog box).
3) Click save as and save the file

To Import:
Follow these steps to import message rules from a file:
    1.    Open Rules And Alerts... dialog box.
    2.    In the Rules And Alerts dialog box, click the Options button.
    3.    Click Import Rules..., and then select a path for the file in the resulting Open
Imported Rules As dialog box (a standard file/save dialog box).
    4.    Click Open.

or click here.

hope the above process resolves your issue.
