USB redirection problem in Vmware View

Hello EVeryone,

I'm trouble shooting the usb redirection problem with VDI and found a VMware article which says:
USB redirection log entries have a class called wssm_usb in the guest log and wswc_usb in the client log. These log entries are written when the user is not an administrator and if the drivers cannot be contacted because they are not installed or working.'

Where do I find those log entries which they meant above?

PCoIP logs

The virtual desktop PCOIP logs are called pcoip_agent*.log and pcoip_server*.log and they are located in the same location as the agent logs on the view desktop.

The client PCoIP logs are called pcoip_client*.txt and are located in the user's %temp% directory on Windows Clients.

Note: The PCOIP logs are also gathered in the Client and Agent log bundles.

see here for location of logs

On a side note, what type of usb redirect issues are you having?
