Migrate Printers from 2003 SBS to Windows 2012 Standard

Hello, I'm in the middle of a migration and we have a 2003 SBS server with network printers installed on it. Is there any way to migrate those to a 2012 standard server? I've found documentation on migrating from standard 2003 to 2012, but the printermanagement.msc doesn't exist on 2003 SBS. They have a lot of network printers and recreating them would be very time consuming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
